Besides from adobo, rice play a big part of where i came from, its our staple food, even the poor people from our country can survive with just rice and salt in their meal time. Most of our well know dessert are also made of rice. And because of eating too much rice, the number of diabetic people in our country is also increasing. And if you became diabetic, you cant just take any weight loss products because of your condition.
So whats this rice diet? Its a bit similar to south beach diet, it involves low GI diet, allowing you to eat brown rice, chicken breast no skin, no fat meat something like that. And you can lose 10 kilos a month. Im already thinking about it, but i think im gonna starve myself to death! Im not being pessimistic, its just that, ive been there done that, i think im gonna stick with my protein shake for now. It tastes good, its healthy, and its low calorie, i can burn it more faster and easier.
