Fruits for Lunch


I’m not a fan of fruits. The last time I craved for fruits was when I was 3 months pregnant. And so I was once again browsing for weight loss products, I came across with these berries, Acai berry pills to be exact, i looked at the price, and well it’s kind of affordable, but since I’m a bit of a cheapskate, heheh! I choose to buy lots of bananas instead. Why bananas? well it’s much more cheaper compared to grapes and apples, it has potassium, more fiber and it has low GI. Wow! I sound like my nutritionist already! haha!

I just ate 3 bananas for lunch and I feel full already. Tomorrow I guess I’ll try grapes so that I won’t get fed up with the taste of bananas. I’m currently mixing my protein shake with bananas, it’s so delicious, I’m going to have my protein shake every breakfast and dinner. I hope this thing will work. Next weigh in will be on April 4. Let hope for the best! GTG, will be walking home now to burn those calories.
