Finally my hardwork has paid of. I’ve now lost 1 kilo in 2 weeks! 29 more kilos to go and ill be back to my healthy weight again! Its not much but it’s a good start. So what’s this basic math I’m talking about? It’s all about ”Burning calories according to your food intake”. Since I’m a working mom and I don’t exercise that much, I only burn 1,500 calories in a day, that’s according to my nutritionist, I only need to consume up to 1000 calories , to lose weight.
I wonder how those protein shake works. One protein shake is 220 calories, so if I am going to have 2 protein shakes in one day, replacing breakfast and dinner meals, then that’s 440 calories only, plus rice and chicken for lunch so that’s maybe 300?
440 + 300 = 740 calories!
I’m only going to consume 740 calories so that’s good! Hmm…I hope it tastes good. Anyways, I’m still going to try it on my own first before I go ahead and buy these weight loss products.
Burning calories, hm…? I don’t have an exercising machine at the moment, but I think what helped me lose the weight is the cardio workout I get from my baby. She’s always running around at night and I keep chasing her, begging her to sleep. Speaking of exercise machines, I saw this infomercial about Gym Form Vibromax? I wonder if those vibrations can help you lose weight. I don’t know, maybe I should Google it first before I buy it.
