Craving for Dark Chocolate...



It’s been 3 months and 2 days since I’ve eaten my last dark chocolate. And today, I’m having a writer’s block and I need to submit this article this week, right now I’m trying to listen to Carole King's jazzy songs to inspire me. All I can think of right now is dark chocolate, is this writer's block or am I just plain starving.

There are many protein bars, weight loss chocolate product replacements on the web. But the bittersweet taste of dark chocolate is exceptional. Argh! Why is it that fattening foods are more delicious than healthy foods!

Hm...Gotta find a way...I gotta find a healthy alternative for dark chocolate....hm...but what is it?

Dark chocolate is healthy! I have a huge sweet tooth and I stayed sane eating a piece of Godiva's dark chocolate square a day (just ~47 calories) in the afternoon before my workout. I don't need it as often anymore but I ate it slowly in the beginning instead of gobbling up candy like I used to!

I love Godiva dark chocolate too! I'm just afraid i might eat the whole bar because of my craving, heheh! i was able to satisfy my sweet tooth by eating 5 bananas! ahhaha!

By the way, i tried your Chicken "Alfredo" with Vegetables, its so delicious! i was even tempted to add pasta into it, but its an added calorie, so i just ate it without the rice, i feel full already. I'm trying to avoid cooking pork, just chicken. I love your recipes!

A dark chocolate bar is less calories and sugar than 5 bananas! Sometimes it's better to eat what you are craving because you might end up eating a lot of what you aren't.

I'm glad you enjoyed the recipe! Hope you and I start supporting each other more on blogspot :)
